DENPASAR - Cheerfulness holy month of Ramadan also resonates in the island of Gods, Bali. One is through a moment of iftar with orphanage children.
One of them held by Observer Association of Orphanages Nusantara (APPAN) in fast breaking and compensation for 2,000 orphans from 28 orphanage under its assistance, Saturday (18/6) at Denpasar, Bali.
"The activity routine every year, this time named Bhakti Ramadan. While APPAN itself has entered the 16th year role as facilitator and motivator and mediator in channeling humanitarian aid as infaq and sodaqoh to 28 orphanages in Bali province," said Chairman of APPAN, Lusiana Sanato on the sidelines the event.
Described Lusiana again, APPAN soon will be rise LSM structure status into the Foundation Yayasan Sahabat APPAN.
One of the founders APPAN, H. Supriyanto, HS added, Yayasan Sahabat APPAN will provide an opportunity to orphanages non Muslims to join and nurtured.
"There will not be just focused on Bali, APPAN want to reach orphanages throughout Indonesia. That hope now and the future," said Supriyanto.
Ahead of iftar, Ustadz Riza Muhammad gave about the orphanage important role in educating the orphans become self-reliant, strong man faithful and devoted into rewarding and dignified for the society and the nation.
"I am proud to present here, in front of orphans in Bali. They also successor of the nation must be educated and nurtured well by the orphanage built APPAN," said Riza.
