JAKARTA - Owning a licensed international business is not easy as imagined. Lots of ups and downs in building it. This is perceived by Fitri Wahab, President Director of PT One Community Worldwide, license holder at air freshener and home air purifier from Paris, Lampe Berger.

Two licensed international effort is now gripped by woman which born in Palembang. One of the newest international business will be launching this week.

"One of the most important, work
hard. Don't think the boss is easy and fun. It's wrong. Because, if you be a boss, 24 hours your life is company and employee owned. All you think is for the survival of the others," said the woman who graduated her Magister from Johnson and Wales University, Rhode Island, US to Sindonews, recently.

This, said Fitri, pressed to erase the image on the minds of majority entrepreneurs that consider the business objectives ultimately become a boss.

"Who says bosses can always wake late, then to the office in the afternoon. In fact, we sometimes can not sleep due to hear reports one branch we are not good in sales. Automatically we've got to turn the brain how to create a branch back to good sales. This thing is little known by people," said Fitri.

She admitted quite satisfied with the ups and downs in opening a business. Failed in culinary business in medio 2000-2004 was not made retroactively to navigate the business world.

"Ego can spoil everything," Fitri said when asked the cause of the fall of the culinary business he started it.

She explained that when he started opening this culinary business, in the first six months results are very satisfactory.
In fact, a national movie was filming at the location of her business. Since then, lot of people came to her for asked consulting services.

"I started selling the concept to people. So, I have one restaurant but working on the concept to others
restaurant. That's how my attention began divided, my brain branching. Within a year my restaurant running good, suddenly drop," she says.

Because she was young and her ego still high, she was not willing to accept if the criticism regarding the quality of food at her restaurant. Over time, because there was nothing wrong in managing the business, its customers continuous eventually drop and eventually she sold the restaurant at a price below the time she started that business.

"Then there I realized, when someone complains we have to keep listening. That is where I learned that it is important to hear feedback from others," she said.

Now, though Lampe Berger distributor business in Indonesia has not reached the stage of a turnover, Fitri decided to open a new business in the field of fashion that named Fashion Line, fashion brand from US which will be released in four major cities in Indonesia: Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan and Makassar.

"I'm type of people who do not want
long thinkers. As soon as there is an opportunity in front of my eyes, I got that. Because my background finance, if the results of reckoning escaped, I take," said Fitri.

He also entrusted the message to entrepreneurs who are just starting their business.

"Do not just
concerned prestige. And when it got a business, we have to really monitor the business. Do not trust others to much," she said.
