JAKARTA - Head of Division of Mineral and Energy Resources at Ministry for The Development of Disadvantaged Regions, Faizul Ishom said that Raja Ampat, Alor Island and Ora Island in Central Maluku can be used as tourist icons.
"We will attract foreign tourists to visit underdeveloped regions, tourism destination that has been chosen is the sea. Well, we saw, in Eastern Indonesia is very potential because there is a lot of marine tourism destinations that can be offered, it can even become a national tourist icon," said Faizul in an official statement received by Sindonews.
