JAKARTA - The facts that prove the truth of alleged vulgar photo Firza Husein and the nasty chatter that is being mistaken to the leadership of Islamic Defenders Front (FPI), Rizieq Shihab with Firza is getting brighter.
Criminal Law expert from Trisakti University, Effendy Saragih mentioned that alleged cases of nasty chatter that suspect to Rizieq Shihab and Firza Husein are not contrived.
Effendy who is a criminal law expert witness in thi case said, according to the facts shown investigator from Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation, Jakarta Police (Polda Metro Jaya), what they do both is true.
"According to the facts shown to us, there is no contrivance," explained Effendy after being examined as an expert witness at Polda Metro Jaya, Tuesday (16/5).
So, in accordance with the facts collected by investigator in the case, he mentioned that there are criminal elements which fulfilled in this case.
"In accordance with the facts which collected by investigators, fulfill the criminal elements, such as photographs, submissions, even requested and sent pictures such as pornography," he said.
Because it has fulfilled the element of criminal, then did not rule out Rizieq and Firza can be a suspect in this case.
He said that if Rizieq-Firza being a suspect by police then both are threatened with Articles 4.6, and 8 of the Pornography Act. Rizieq fulfills the element of telling someone to be a model of pornography, while Firza meets the elements of making, making himself a voluntary model.
"He (Rizieq) himself who told Firza to make photo, the wall, mattress, has been identified by the investigator," he concluded.
Separted, National Police have said that a face recognition analysis confirmed that the naked woman who appeared in sex chats allegedly involving Rizieq Shihab is Firza Husein.
Hery Cahyono, a face recognition expert from the police’s Indonesia Automatic Fingerprints Identification System (Inafis) division, said authorities used several methods, including biometrics, to check whether the woman who appeared in the sex chats was really Firza.
He said police compared pictures of the female activist when she was arrested over an alleged plot against the government on Feb. 4 with her suspected pictures in the WhatsApp conversation.
Hery said the team also used a bio-finder method, during which they checked Firza’s naked pictures in the WhatsApp conversations and her pictures on her ID card and in the Home Ministry’s e-ID database.
“The automatic algorithm system shows that all those pictures match. The system would refuse to [report a match] if the pictures were from two different people,” Hery said on Tuesday.
