JAKARTA - Pre-trial lawsuit of Melva Tambunan (42), wife of a retired police officer in the District Court (PN) South Jakarta, held on Monday (28/11). This inaugural session to hear the submission of the applicant which represented by legal counsel.
Melva sued marriage certificate forgery and embezzlement of his property, which was stopped by Warrant Termination of Investigation (SP3) signed by Commissioner Krishna Murti when he was Director General of Criminal Investigation (Dirkrimum) Polda Metro Jaya.
"I'm suspected the release of SP3 more based on personal case," said Melva.

Melva feel Krishna recklessly issuing SP3 for two reports to the police. Report in January 2015 related cases of alleged forgery allegedly committed Sarah Susanti who claiming wife of her husband and allegedly forged marriage certificate with her husband, the late Commissioner (Retired) Agus Maulana.
"At case expose in Polda Metro Jaya, Sarah Susanti has acknowledged using marriage book fake to gain personal benefit from property (late) Agus Maulana, but this fact does not analyzed investigator. It's weird," said Melva lawyer, Djonggi M Simorangkir after court.
He added that the applicant pleaded the judge to be guided by the elements of offense that has had more than two items of evidence.
"But why they called insufficient evidence," added Djonggi.
Further Djonggi, because Sarah Susanti not Agus Maulana legitimate wife then she is not entitled to some property that has been sold and controlled unilaterally by Sarah Susanti.
"The applicant has been checked revealed a marriage certificate and a marriage certificate between Agus Maulana and Sarah Susanti unregistered or false," said Djonggi.

Melva added, two cars, shop in ITC BSD and land in Pondok Chandra, Surabaya has been sold by Sarah Susanti.
"And now, she lives and in charge at office property of the National Police in Pengadegan, South Jakarta," said Melva.
This trial also present two attorney of Polda Metro Jaya. The answer to the request Melva originally to be answered at Tuesday (29/11).
"Essentially, pre trial is rights of every person. We ourselves have agreed (this case) to be tested," said Samsi, Polda Metro Jaya lawyer after court.
