JAKARTA - Photographs taken by photographer Damien Dematra entitled Lake of Beauty and The Shadows chosen as an Official Selection in the photo exhibition in New York, held in the framework of Western New York Film, Art and Music Event Festival that took place recently.
Two works of director and writers describe the beauty of Indonesia. Lake of Beauty shows the lake and mountains in a single frame, which shows how wonderful gift of God to the people of Indonesia. Meanwhile, The Shadows is a portrait of a man on the beach with the shadows. This photo gives meaning that wherever we are, we are never alone.
Damien Dematra itself better known as a film director and a prolific writer who has produced works of phenomenal. Before entering the field of cinema and literature, Damien is an international photographer who has won hundreds of awards in the field of photography.
Among them International Master Photographer of the Year, Grand Award Winner in race Professional Wedding and Portrait Photographer International.
Damien also became the first Asian who won the highest qualification in photography, the Fellowship as well as winning the title of the youngest in the world.
He also noted as the world record holder for Fastest Photographers in the World by the Royal World Records and was awarded the photography of Indonesian World Record Museum (MURI).
In the midst of busy, graduated from New York Institute of Photography is still actively used her spare time to hunting in various exotic places, especially in Indonesia.
