Children of Ternate Queen Goes to Komnas HAM

JAKARTA - Still remember when Queen Boki Nita Budi Susanti, wife of the late Ternate Sultan, Mudaffar Sjah arrested by North Maluku (Malut) Police and deposited at Ciputat Police Station cause she was accused of fraud and embezzlement of her children identity?
Now she will face a fourth trial in Ternate Court (PN), North Maluku. The final session scheduled fro opinion of the Public Prosecutor (JPU) over the objections of the accused to the indictment the prosecutor. But, party of Queen Boki felt disappointed on treatment of Ternate law enforcement were not granted the request for suspension of detention. On that basis, the Queen Boki will visit the National Commission on Human Rights (Komnas HAM) in order to denounce their attempts to reject the filing of the surety.
"We do not understand the reasons of law enforcement in Ternate, who never give permission surety to the Queen Boki. Her case is not a case of corruption, terrorism or drugs. She still had a little boy who needs the presence of his mother. And again, the guarantor of indigenous peoples also keeps Queen Boki. But always spelled detention Queen Boki in Rutan Ternate to facilitate the legal process that is underway," said Queen Boki spokesman, RB Wahyu Wibowo in Jakarta, recently.

On the above, further revelations, children of Queen Boki will come to Komnas HAM, Monday (2/5).
"Essentially they will denounce the actions of law enforcement in Ternate who did not leave the suspension of detention. Children, especially the two twins lost mother figure," explained Wahyu.
Komnas HAM passing the commissioner, Sianne Indriani claimed to be welcome for Queen Boki children.
"We are scheduled Monday at 13:00 pm we meet them," said Sianne.
