First Travel Boss Not Fair, Legal Counsel Resigned

JAKARTA - Lawyer of PT First Anugerah Wisata (First Travel), Eggi Sudjana suddenly resigned. Eggi admitted that he did not want to be a lawyer because two First Travel boss, Andika Surachman and Anniesa Desvitasari Hasibuan would not open.
"Why I want to resigned, my client is not fair, do not want to tell me where the money is. I do not want to tell the story of the money, I am as a lawyer not informed, how I want to defend," said Eggi in Jakarta, Wednesday (16/8) .
He said, he had repeatedly asked Andika where the funds collected from the congregation. Every time asked, Eggi said, Andika always assured that he would be responsible to dispatch the congregation or return their funds.
The technical management of the pilgrim fund itself was handled by a First Travel internal lawyer named Deski. When asked, Deski just mention there are two investors who will help First Travel accountable to the obligation to the congregation.
"I am annoyed with the behavior of my clients do not understand the function lawyer, logically you love the power to me, meaning I am yourself," said Eggi.
He said the two clients had time to reveal the assets owned by both when examined by the police. Eggi who accompanied the moment claimed not to pay much attention. He also upset because Andika and Anniesa just admitted to forget where the money is now congregation.
Currently, Eggi awaits the commitment of the parties Andika and Anniesa to inform where the congregation funds to him. If not, from tomorrow Eggi will no longer be responsible for the fate of Andika and Anniesa.
