Parents of First Travel Boss Ready to be Guarantor

JAKARTA - Two owners of First Travel, Andika and Anniesa Hasibuan arrested by Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim) National Police requested the suspension of detention.
"Andika himself should take medicine and still cough. If Anniesa, she is still breastfeeding her child who was a month old," said attorney of Andika and Anniesa in Bareskrim building, Jakarta, Friday (11/8).
On the basis of such conditions, the attorney requests the suspension of detention. The legal team has also given a letter to the Director of Public Crimes (Dirtipidum) of Bareskrim.
"We have received a receipt for the submission of suspension," said Deski.
Deski added, psychologically, Andika and Anniesa did not experience any problems. In fact they are still convinced to dispatch umrah thousands of congregation.
"So there is no fraud anyone here," he explained.
Deski asked policy on the basis of humanity from Bareskrim with the basis of health and commitment of both, so they can finish it.
"So, I hope Bareskrim provide suspension of detention of our clients," he said.
Another Andika and Anniesa attorney, Eggi Sudjana added, Anniesa's sister and lawyer are ready to be the guarantor of the suspension's appeal.
"If necessary, Anniesa parents ready to be guarantor, Anniesa mother," he said.
Eggi also plans to apply for the protection of children's rights to the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI).
"Related to the legal rights of the suspects in this case, there are also other reasons related to the rights of children guaranteed by the Child Protection Act," said Eggy.
