JAKARTA - Civil Servants (PNS) who participate affiliated with Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI) may be subject to sanction of dismissal. However, sanctions should be done with caution.
"Let's not be used, like and dislike, seizure of office," said Minister of Home Affairs, Tjahjo Kumolo at the office of Ministry of Defense, Jakarta, Wednesday (26/7).
He said, the sanctions should be based on strong evidence that the civil servant concerned is indeed a violation.
"There must be a detailed witness, data, photographs, recordings, the rules are there, the Act is there. As a civil servant, sworn to be loyal to Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution," said Tjahjo
Currently, he added, has formed a special team to examine alleged violations committed PNS who affiliated HTI.
"We form the team, the head Secretary General and Inspector General. We inventory, there is no proof of saying, preaching, organizing, collecting anti-Pancasila understanding, anti Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. (Sanctions) there is reprimand, discipline, until the dismissal," said Tjahjo.
