Arrested, Pretty Asmara Denied as Drugs Dealer

JAKARTA - Jakarta Police arrested actress and comedian Pretty Asmara along with seven of her fellow entertainment workers from a hotel in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. They were arrested for alleged possession of drugs.
Head of Sub Department II Drugs Sub-Department of Jakarta Police, AKBP Doni Alexander said they are still undergoing examination at Jakarta Police office. Seven people, namely SS (movie player), EY, ES, and MA (dangdut singer), AH (artist), GL (model), and DW (pop singer).
Arrest of Pretty Asmara and friends was done on Monday (17/7). Police initially arrested Pretty Asmara (40) and his colleague an entrepreneur with the initials HMD (47) at a hotel in Kemayoran. Both were arrested for having drug types like shabu, ecstasy, and happy five.
"PA (Pretty Asmara) and HMD are going to supply narcotics to the AL (wanted) at the hotel," he told reporters at Jakarta Police office on Tuesday (18/7).
According to Doni, the drugs will be supplied at karaoke place in the same hotel with different rooms. Then, police searched the room and found drugs, ecstasy, and happy five with seven entertainment workers who were in the karaoke room.

Meanwhile, Pretty explains that he is not a user or a drug dealer as many have reported. Many times this fat woman denied that she was accused of being a drug dealer.
"I do not distribute. I do not have two years, I do not accept if say two years (related to drugs)," Pretty said.
When asked who the party who had trapped her, Pretty claimed the culprit named Alvin. Alvin was actually in karaoke room during night of arrest at Kemayoran hotel, Central Jakarta, but he can escape.
"(The culprit) Alvin, Alvin, I was trapped me. I never distributed drugs," she said again.
