Reveals Name of Recipient which Restore e-KTP Bribe Money

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is challenged to open up to the public the names of those who have returned the money related to the alleged corruption of e-ID card (e-KTP) case.
It needs to be done considering the charges and dossier (BAP) has been leaked to the public and called a number of names who allegedly received the money.
"Now I want to challenge the Commission, because it was leaking indictment and BAP, now please divulge all the names that received and return money," said Vice Chairman of the House of Representatives (DPR), Fahri Hamzah at DPR/MPR office, Jakarta, Wednesday (15/3).
By not opening people's names, the Commission considered as protect certain parties or intended to attack certain people based on orders from not clear parties.
"If it's forgiveness that corruption, make the norm so that everything returns the money," he continued.
Fahri was offensive Chairman of the Commission, Agus Rahardjo allegedly involved in the case but cover up his involvement.
"Don't forget he is the head of the state agency assigned to study each procurement, every tender and should understand. And he was present at his office, in a meeting led by Sofyan Djalil and he agreed to continue tender," said Fahri.

Separate, KPK chairman, Agus Rahardjo denied allegations he participated in lobbying e-KTP project while still serving head of National Procurement Agency (LKPP).
He insisted there was no conflict of interest in the investigation of corruption cases e-KTP KPK.
"Conflict of interest is not happened. I never lobbied people, I never sponsored people, it did not happen. So be sure to drain it," said Agus in Jakarta, Wednesday (15/3).
Agus added, he did not know the number of participants who took part in the consortium of e-ID card project. He declined further comment. Moreover, the case has been entered into the court.
Previously, a number of big names from both legislative and executive elements referred to involved in the alleged corruption of e-ID card case. However, felt there were some irregularities in the investigation into the case, Fahri Hamzah throwing a right of inquiry into public discourse.
Right of inquiry it proposed to investigate deeper into the tendering process of e-ID in the last period of government.
