JAKARTA - Elderly era do not mean a stop to exercise. Based on research done that walking regularly can improve your memory for the elderly and delay the chances of developing premature senility.
"Sports for the elderly also have to be careful, but age as it still may do a leisurely stroll, at least 3 times a week," said dr. Herman Kurniawan, clinical pathology specialist in Jakarta, recently.

Healthy walk of Gunung Sahari Laboratory Clinic is held on Saturday (11/3) morning by taking the start from Gunung Sahari Laboratory Clinic and finish at Lapangan Banteng.
"Walking is a healthy sport that does not cost much, just need a strong will. We're trying to stimulate the interest of the public with prizes and enthusiastic people turned out to be quite large," he said.
