JAKARTA - Feel trimmed in terms of authority, TNI Chief Gen. Gatot Nurmantyo mention Regulation Minister of Defense No. 28 of 2015 prevented obligations.

Although the military is under the coordination of the Ministry of Defense. However, he argued, the military is not part of the operational units alone. Gatot explained, comprised of the Navy, Air Force and Army under the leadership of the Armed Forces Commander.
The above recognition should have been opened since the last 2015-2016. However, he just wanted to deliver today, given shortly tenure coming to an end.
"I'm opened to prepare my brothers. Because tomorrow I may be replaced, at the latest in March 2018, I had to be replaced," he said.
Gatot understand that the complaint was less pleasing for Minister of Defense, Ryamizard Ryacudu.
But this should be done, and the next military commander really can control from top to bottom, including in terms of the budget.
"We have experienced how the AW-101 helicopter at all TNI do not know. Sorry less pleasing, but these shall we say," he concluded.

In response, Minister of Defense, Ryamizard Ryacudu said he also did not know the AW 101 helicopter purchase the proposed Chief of Air Force Staff, Agus Supriatna.

The reason, the purchase of the presidential helicopter permission through the Ministry of Finance forwarded to the Secretariat of State.
