JAKARTA - After vacuum for while, Jakarta Monday night rocked back by Indonesia music legends. Two senior singers and musicians, Ita Purnamasari, Ermi Kulit and Jockie Suryoprayogo enliven I Like Monday stage at Hardrock Café Jakarta, Monday (23/1) night.

I Like Monday (ILM) event made by Yayasan Indonesia Kita (IKi) this time bring the songs from Indonesia legendary rock group, God Bless which hosted alternately by musicians who joined the IKi.

Ermi Kulit, singer who is known as a jazz specialist this time asked to sing rock ballad belongs God Bless, 'Damai Yang Hilang' and 'Orang Dalam Kaca'.

This even began to 'heat' when Ita Purnamasari sing 'Balada Sejuta Wajah' with playing keyboard. Ita-pitched voice at the end of this song makes 'hot' audience.

"My childhood was living with God Bless songs, so when asked to sing here, I'm so excited," said Ita Purnamasari after singing.

Coming to the end of the event, a surprise came from one of God Bless founders in 1973 with Ludwig Leman, Fuad and Achmad Albar. Yes...Jockie Suryoprayogo, this keyboardist took the stage accompanied vocals Trison and Jelly Tobing rendition of 'Huma Di Atas Bukit', 'Semut Hitam' and 'Rumah Kita'.

"Come on, God Bless Indonesia not God Bless America," said senior drummer, Jelly Tobing from the stage.

This I Like Monday event plans back to continue rolling monthly with a rendition of Indonesia music legend.

"Insya Allah, next month we will be back again with Tribute to D'Rollies," said senior rocker Renny Djajoesman as cordinator IKi Foundation.
