Banned, Le Minerale Asked Summons and Report to KPPU

JAKARTA - PT Tirta Fresindo Jaya open summons to all parties who obstruct the sale of mineral water with Le Minerale brand.
Through the lawyer, Suyanto Simalango Patria, measures obstructing the sale of a product on the market has been an unlawful act.
"Need to be addressed, such action is clearly illegal actions bring harm to our clients and traders and shop," said Suyanto in Jakarta, Thursday (6/10).
He asserted that the party convicted of such acts in violation of the provisions of Article 19 of Law No. 5/1999 concerning Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition. Parties found to be violating the Criminal Sanctions may be imposed fines up to Rp 100 billion or imprisonment.
These actions are taken, further Suyanto, following party information that prohibit merchants selling products Le Minerale.
"Our client received information about a ban is done by threats and actions that harm traders and shop," he explained.
Suyanto also plans to report the alleged act or threats to the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU). He also asked for merchants and stores received threats to dare to report it to the police.
"In order to report such activities and perform commercial activities Le Minerale products as usual," he stated.
To note, some time ago, mineral water traders in around Greater Jakarta and West Java received a verbal or written warning prohibiting them for selling Le Minerale products.
If traders are still selling products Le Minerale, Star Outlet (SO) status of a product from renowned mineral water will be demoted form the whole seller and even up into retail.
