MALANG - The new coach Arema Cronus, Milomir Seslija has fairly strict new rules related to the food menu squad members. He forbide Arema players to eat Indonesian typical foods, fried rice.

"I apply strict rules about food players. They should not eat greasy food, in order to stay fresh when training and competing. I was instructed to stay away from things like that. There is prize money of Rp 1 million for anyone who saw the players eating oily foods such as fried rice with evidence video recordings and photo," said Selslija on the sidelines of the training center (TC) in the Field Kusuma Agro Resort and Convention Hotel, Batu, Tuesday (9/2).

He said further, he did not intend to prohibit the tradition and culture in Indonesia, one of which was found in a typical meal. But for the sake of stamina and health of his players, he requested it be reduced, especially in TC.

"For those who are caught will be fined Rp 5 million," he said.

Squad Arema Cronus himself began his TC since Tuesday. Three main menu workout program given during TC at elevations of 1,350 meters above sea level location, namely the mental, physical, and discipline.

"Slowly I will try to solve the problem of the mentality of the constraints earlier in the two events. I have to build it and keep motivating order to improve his mental condition until they can always smile and enjoy every practice," said Selslija.
