JAKARTA - Jakarta Police will be forced President Director of PT Allianz Life Indonesia, Joachim Wessling because not attend in second calling today. Until now, this insurance company's top brass did not come to Jakarta Police office.
Director of Special Crimes Jakarta Police, Commissioner Adi Deriyan said the investigators planned to inspect Joachim on Thursday (26/10), but he did not come to Jakarta Police office to meet the call for questioning as a suspect in the case of consumer protection violation.
"It means that this is already the second time (called), then we issue a warrant to take him for questioning (forced)," said Adi at Jakarta Police Headquarters.
According to Adi, investigators are still waiting for the arrival of one of this Allianz boss. The examination relates to the organizational structure of Allianz's company, the scope of duties, responsibilities and policies it issues regarding the relationship of insurance with clients.
"Until now still not present, but his lawyer said he agreed to attend today," he said.
He explained that if Joachim was outside the country, police would cooperate with the immigration authorities to seek his whereabouts. The reason, Allianz boss was supposed to meet the police call for questioning related cases that wrapped him.
"If abroad, we also issued a notice to him to meet the call because it needed information," he said.
