As the new governor, Anies-Sandi has potential to form and build new structures, cultures and social processes. His role as a new governor gives hope about policies that take sides with the interests of the citizens. One manifestation of hope is the waiting of the policy (new structure) about the reclamation and settlement arrangement with Down Payment (DP) 0 Rupiah.
If in an Anies-Sandi campaign firmly refuses reclamation, whether the policy after being sworn in will change. If you want to stick with the rejection, Anies-Sandi must be brave to do "structures that are processed again".
Reprocessed structures are forms of social processes that want to show that what is government policy is not one hundred percent always true and appropriate to aspirations.
Anies-Sandi must dare to fight with "her belief" when faced with the power of "capital strength" which is the belief of the other party. To strengthen his belief Anies-Sandi can learn from Jan Pieterszoon Coen's experience, when Jakarta failed as a canal city to cope with flooding.
There is a need for a dialogue room to reconcile the different "beliefs" between the center and Jakarta.As reclamation is a legacy of past sin, it is only natural that the new governor thinks of a better city's future.If Ans Sandi will make new ideas or promises, care should be taken and the support of resources ready for its implementation.
