For Rescue His Mother, Parliament Member Bribed Chief of Manado High Court

JAKARTA - Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) arrested again the perpetrators of corruption. This time, KPK arrested the Chief of High Court (PT) Manado, Sudiwardono and a member of Parliament from Golkar faction, Aditya Moha.
KPK Deputy Chairman Laode M Syarif explained that both arrests because they were alleged to have handed over SGD101.000 transactions on Friday (6/10).
According to Laode, Aditya wants to rescue his mother, Marlina Moha, who is struggling on appeal against a five-year sentence imprisoned by Manado District Court in July 2017. Marlina became entangled with the Benefit Income Tax from the Village Government Apparatus (TPAPD) in Bolaang Mongondow Regency.
In order for his mother's appeal process to be accepted, Aditya allegedly bribed Sudiwardono SGD101.000 or equivalent Rp1 billion for the handling of the decision on the appeal.
AAM allegedly bribed S to the Manado High Court to acquit his mother of former Bolaang Mongondow and has been convicted and sentenced to 5 years in prison by the Corruption Court of Jakarta for corruption case TPAPD Bolaang Mongondow.
"The alleged bribery transaction of the judge S and members of House of Representatives AAM related to the decision of the defendant Marlina Moha Siahaan who submitted an appeal in Manado High Court over the previous Manado Court verdict.The target is indicated that Marlina Moha can be cut free or light," said Laode in press statement at KPK office on Saturday (7/10).
In addition to judges Sudiwardono and Aditya, there are several others who also secured the KPK team. Currently, AAM, S and three people who were arrested in the OTT are being intensively investigated by KPK investigating team.
Only, for Marlina Moha Siahaan who in last week of September 2017 had been in Jakarta has not been arrested.
"For Marlina yet, have not been arrested. In the nearthe status of suspect judge S and member of Parliament AAM, as well as alleged involvement of Marlina," said a source at KPK.
According to Laode, Sudiwardono and Aditya Moha officially was suspect .
From the information collected, Aditya entered Senayan from North Sulawesi (North Sulawesi) election area. Marlina Moha Siahaan is the regent of Bolaang Mongondow two periods as well as Chairman of DPD II Golkar Party Bolaang Mongondow. After becoming a regent, Marlina occupied the seat of DPRD member of North Sulawesi Province, Period 2014-2019 from Golkar Party.
On July 19, 2017, Marlina was convicted by the Panel of Judges of Manado Corruption Court with 5 years imprisonment, fine of Rp200 million with subsider two months confinement and Rp1,25 billion substitute two years in prison for proven corruption TPAPD Bolaang Mongondow from APBD in 2010.
When disconnected, Marlina was arrested in the Malendeng prison, Manado. But from Monday (26/9) to Friday (29/9), Marlina can even strolled out of prison and following the Coordination Meeting of Golkar Party of North Sulawesi in Sultan Hotel, Jakarta.
