JAKARTA - High Priest of the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI), Rizieq Shihab scheduled to be questioned by police in Saudi Arabia over his sex chat case with Firza Husein. Police have formed a team of investigators who have already go to Saudi Arabia.
This was revealed by the Chief of National Police, Gen. Tito Karnavian. He said police had formed a team to examine Rizieq Shihab in Saudi Arabia. Rizieq checked as a witness in his capacity in sex chat case with Firza Husein.
"Our team already there to take the examination to concerned (Rizieq) and the results are still under investigation," said Tito in Jakarta Police on Friday (18/8).
According to him, if necessary, when Rizieq come home will be examined again. Later, the examination results conducted by the examiner team in Saudi Arabia will be evaluated first.
"He was examined as a witness because doing umrah, so our team is there," he said.
