JAKARTA - It is not easy to be a king's wife aka queen. Both in the fiction world as well as in the real world. And this is what Anindya Kusuma Putri experienced. This Putri Indonesia 2015 must pass the selection of BRA Mooryati Soedibyo.
"When I was summoned by Mrs Mooryati, I was invited to a smooth Javanese dialogue, first it was a bit rigid, but for a long time I was able to master even though it was a lot of shortcomings. After I was passed from Mrs Mooryati then I was tested by Hanung (director). Alhamdulilah, finally I was elected," said Anindya in Jakarta, recently.
After passing test, Anindya will become Queen Batang, empress of Sultan Agung in the colossal film titled 'Sultan Agung: Tahta, Perjuangan dan Cinta'. She will later compete acting with Ario Bayu who plays as Sultan Agung.
"I do not choose based on its popularity, or how many her Instagram followers. I want film that I consider colossal to remember and give exemplary to the younger generation," said Mooryati who as Executive Producers.

Moeryati asserted, her desire to lift the story of life of the first king of Mataram to the big screen is not without reason.
"Sultan Agung has a great spirit to unite the archipelago that was then divided because of the struggle for power and also controlled by Dutch colonists under VOC," she said.
Back to Anindya, she hopes 'Sultan Agung' become bridge to the younger generation recognize figure of this first king of Mataram.
"I am sad and concerned, young people are still more familiar with foreign hero characters than Indonesian native hero," said this Miss Universe 2015 finalist.
