Expert Witness Says OSO Position in Hanura is Legal Defect

JAKARTA - Lawsuit of results of Extraordinary National Congress (Munaslub) of Hanura Party in the 12th session held at the State Administrative Court (PTUN) on Tuesday (6/6), is believed to bear positive results.
In court with agenda of expert witnesses testimony hearing from plaintiff, it is seen if the Munaslub process is in accordance with the legally procedure.
In court, M Syukur Mandar, an organizational expert witness, said Oesman Sapta Odang was in trouble because he did not qualify in party membership or legal deflect. Because in AD/ART is set, to become a board or chairman of the party must be a party member or cadre at least two years after becoming a cadre.
"Material requirement to become chairman was two years as a member of the party," said Syukur in PTUN Jakarta, Tuesday (6/6).
From the statement of expert witnesses, plaintiff which also Chairman of Young People's Conscience Movement (Gemura), Oktasari Sabil more convinced if the product results Munaslub Hanura Party which puts Oesman Sapta Odang (OSO) as Chairman of Hanura Party is a legally flawed product.
"It was proven in the trial presentation that expert witnesses explicitly stated that organizational (Munaslub Hanura), there are rules that are violated, so it is not illegal Munaslub, Munaslub is still valid, but its products are legally flawed," Okta said Wednesday (7/6).
