JAKARTA - What if happened thousands of amateur radio users get together? This is what will happen at Jakarta Amateur Radio Fair (JARF) 2017 Fair held by ORARI DKI Jakarta.
Various events involving ORARI members from all over Indonesia will be concentrated in Ancol Beach City, Ancol Dreamland Park on Saturday-Sunday (15 -16 July 2017). This event at the same time commemorate the 490th anniversary of Jakarta, 49th Anniversary of ORARI and 72thAnniversary Independence of Indoesia.
"Incidentally, this big event is the third time was held since ORARI DKI Jakarta led by Budi Rianto Halim," said Gigie Sugianto (YB0GG) as chairman of JARF 2017 Committee in Jakarta, Monday (22/5)
He continued, JARF event also aims to accommodate all the interests and talents of amateur radio user friends once every year to be tested and challenging activities that are fun.

Meanwhile, Chairman of ORARI DKI Jakarta, Budi Rianto Halim (YB0HD) said, with JARF 2017 is expected to increase from the quality of human resources of ORARI members.
"There will be various events and competitions that will be held involving amateur radio users from all over Indonesia, Asia Pacific and communities such as Mobile Ardf, Walking Adrf, Slalom Test, Morse Code and Message Handling / Setup Emergency competitions, and there will be Logging Contest , Atari, QSO Eye Ball, Qsl Card Callenge, Jarf Fun Drive 2017 to Ameteur Radio Exhibition and Workshop, and social and entertainment actions involving the popular artists," he explained.
This event also, he added, will be attended by members of Asian amateur radio such as from Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Brunei, Japan and other countries in Asia Pacific, and related institutions such as BASARNAS, PMI, Scouts, automotive communities and other communities.
And for known that JARF 2017 also in the framework of event for certainly involving public through the Amateur Radio in Jakarta and all of Indonesia in order to participate with JARF 2017.
