NEW YORK - Family of Tommy Page, singer/songwriter and veteran executive who worked at Warner Bros., Pandora and Cumulus and was formerly Billboard's publisher has issued a statement on his passing Friday.
"It is with great sadness that we mourn the loss of our beloved Tommy Page who passed away this weekend. Tommy was a devoted father, husband, brother and son. He was loved by all of those he touched and will be sorely missed. Please respect our privacy at this time of deep sorrow.”
Diane Warren, members of New Kids on the Block and many others who worked with Page and knew him have paid tribute in the wake of his death.
As known, Tommy Page found dead on Friday, March 3 in 46 of an apparent suicide.
"We are all mourning the loss of our friend and colleague Tommy Page," Billboard Entertainment Group president, John Amato said on Saturday, March 4.
"He was a magnetic soul and a true entertainer. Our thoughts are with his family," he added.
