JAKARTA - PT Pertamina (Persero) will reportedly reshuffle directors. Being planned it, the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) as a shareholder of the company will hold a General Meeting Extraordinary Shareholders (EGM) and appointed new directors today.
When confirmed, Commissioner of Pertamina Tanri Abeng justify it. He said, commissioners did suggest that there is a reshuffle in the company's board of directors.
"I want meeting in moment. It seems so, because the commissioner has suggested to shareholders that there is a reshuffle," Tanri told SINDOnews in Jakarta, Friday (3/2).
Unfortunately, Tanri still reluctant to divulge the positions of directors to be overhauled.
"This is just going to a meeting, I go to office," he said.
Meanwhile, Deputy CEO of Pertamina, Ahmad Bambang in his personal Twitter account as if to imply it. He claimed grateful to have been able to fulfill the mandate that has been given to him over the years.
"Thank God, I have this mandate although with a limp. May be useful for many people in the long term. Amin," Bambang tweeted in @abe_ptm account.
