JAKARTA - On sidelines second debate of Jakarta election, Democratic Party as the one bearer governor candidate, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono-Sylviana Murni (AHY) issued an official statement that there is an attempt to criminalize Sylviana Murni related to the examination of alleged corruption cases of construction Al-Fauz mosque in Central Jakarta mayor office.
"In past 10 days, no wind no rain, there is an attempt criminalize to Sylviana. Not to mention, there are according to our survey collision results," Secretary General of Democratic Party, Hinca Panjaitan in AHY Winning Post at Jakarta, Friday (27/1).
Side, continued Hinca, hoping that law enforcement officers do not seem to find fault pair of candidates which promoted by the Democratic Party.
"We believe there are no crimes committed Sylvi. Law enforcement agencies do not try to criminalize," he said.
Chairman of AHY winning team, Nachrowi Ramli added that it had prepared a precaution if there is an attempt of the state apparatus is not neutral in Jakarta elections.
"We've got a preventative measure, anticipatory and even repressive for this," said Nachrowi.
Continued Hinca, Democrats give an ultimatum to the government to maintain neutrality in Jakarta elections and prevent a variety of fraud either manual or digital maps for the sake of democracy and free and fair election.
"People also watch for signs of non-neutrality of the state and its apparatus, with the intervention of the power that exceeds the merits," said Hinca.
The shadows and the fears of the possibility of fraud in the elections is increasing, thus making the situation in Jakarta becomes conducive for which the elections were fair and democratic.
"For the sake of upholding the law and true justice that we can compete fairly," Hinca concluded.
