JAKARTA - PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) establish cooperation with PT Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Tbk. This cooperation agreement was witnessed Minister for State Owned Enterprises (SOEs), Rini M Soemarno.

President Director of PT PNM, Parman Nataatmadja said the purpose of agreement is one for
PNM financing clients, named Mekaar. This is because PNM customer still rarely have a home, or if you have a home with very poor condition.

"We focus mainly on rural areas outside of Jakarta as well as in the city, but still that has the criterion from BTN, because it is poor mothers whose
customer Mekaar are earnings below Rp800,000 per month. But for specifications, BTN which decisive," said Parman on sidelines of signing MoU with seven state-owned enterprises in the SOE Ministry office, Thursday (29/12).

Parman continue, in addition to credit financing, this cooperation
also manage PKBL funds because according him, PNM is a specialist in CSR managing.

"Besides the advantages of this cooperation is also very good for us because our clients get vainding good to get a loan from BTN will we channeled both to ULaMM and Mekaar, the Partnership advantages we get a fee from them," he explained.

To support the employees of PNM, Parman explained has provided a home for excel
employees.

"So far we already provide 60 houses to excel
employees, if other companies give money but we make clusters for our employees ranging from land and buildings located at Sawangan and Cimekar Bandung," he said.

Meanwhile, Director of BTN, Maryono said that this cooperation is done to improve the synergy between state-owned enterprises directly under the direction of Minister of SOEs.

"Various facilities obtained from this partnership such as credit or financing that offers competitive interest rates, credit facilities ranging from soft loans to mortgage loans," he explained.
