JAKARTA - After nearly a week of roll over, judge of District Court (PN) South Jakarta, Tuesday (6/12), favor of a pre-trial related to the release of Warrant Termination of Investigation (SP3) which signed by former Director General of Criminal Investigation (Dirkrimum) Jakarta Police, Commissioner Krishna Murti.
SP3 which signed by Krishna during he as Dirkrimum regarding the case of alleged forgery marriage certificate and theft as well as embezzlement of property were reported Melva Tambunan (46), wife of retired police officer, Commissioner (Retired) Agus Maulana Kasman.

In court, judge Suyadi granted the request of the applicant states entirety and declare SP3 issued by Jakarta Police unauthorized.
"Ordered the defendant to continue the investigation of the report from applicant," said Suyadi, Tuesday (6/12).
On the granting of this pre-trial lawsuit, Melva also said she was satisfied.
"I am grateful to the judge granted my sued. This is proof that justice is still there, although I can not have justice from the police," she said after the court.
Djonggi M Simorangkir, Melva lawyer, states will continue to oversee the case in the realm of investigation.
"This confirms that there is something wrong in issuing that SP3. I will coordinate with Jakarta police chief and if necessary General Supervision Inspectorate (Irwasum) Police to follow up the cancellation of this," said Djonggi.
