JAKARTA - Former Chairman PARFI, Gatot Brajamusti will undergo the examination as a complainant on the alleged libel, defamation, perjury and false statements against CT today.
Related course of the examination, Gatot lawyer, Achmad Rifai asserted that his client's position is not as charged by CT.
"Aa Gatot did not ever commit rape, violence or threats of violence, forced to have sex with the reported party (CT)," said attorney Billy, Achmad Rifai in Jakarta, Monday (21/11).
Further Rifai, Gatot and CT doing sexual relationships after siri marriage.
"It was corroborated by the alleged confession reported (CT) itself based on the evidence of record that we have, which is claimed to don't anything to me except married me. Finally he married me," said Rifai.
As is known, Aa Gatot reported through CT on October 22, 2015 for alleged defamation contempt, perjury, and false reports as stipulated in Article 310, 311, 317 and 318 Criminal Code and article 27 paragraph (3) in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph (1 ) UU ITE.
