Sharing the x-rated photo on her Instagram page, Chrissy (30), wished her pal a happy birthday with the eye-popping photo.
A totally naked Chrissy is seen perched on the back of her husband John's chair with her head thrown back as she caresses herself, in which sits rather smugly in a full black suit.
Her head was thrown back allowing her long locks to flow down her back and she captioned the snap saying: “HAPPY BIRTHDAY @MARISAMXO!!!!!”
The model mother didn’t explain why her naked snap was the best way to celebrate her pal’s birthday and she opted to disable comments.
