JAKARTA - As has been scheduled previously, family of Queen Boki Nita Budi Susanti who represented seven of her childrengo to the National Commission on Human Rights (Komnas HAM) in order to denounce the alleged injustice done law enforcement in Ternate.

This is related to the withholding of the surety wife of the late King of Ternate, Mudafar Sjah who is currently detained at the
Ternate detention center because of reportedly on charges of fraud and embezzlement in order to pave the identity of her son became King of Ternate.

This afternoon, seven children of Queen Boki, respectively Nesya Fitri (24), Nadia (22), Hafisz (20), Nabila (14), Azka (13) and two twins Tajul and Gama (2) registering complaints to Komnas HAM together with lawyers and big family of Queen Boki.

"We're basically asking for the suspension of detention for my mother to meet with her children, but somehow it was not granted by law enforcement in Ternate," said Nesya when received by commissioners of Komnas HAM, Sianne Indriyani at the Komnas HAM office, Jakarta, Monday (2/5).

Added a spokesman for Queen Boki
family, RB Wahyu Wibowo, Queen Boki case is not a corruption, terrorism or drugs case, therefore, natural that given the surety.

"He still had a little boy who needs his mother's presence. and again, the guarantor of indigenous peoples also save Queen Boki. But always they called Queen Boki detention at the detention center Ternate to facilitate the ongoing legal process," said Wahyu.

Commission of Komnas HAM, Sianne Indriyani states, in this case there is no element of human rights that have been violated. But, law enforcement agencies in Ternate
should see humanitarianism with grant surety for Queen Boki because he still has children who are still small.

"It would be wise if the case is settled by way of prudent and kinship. There are still opportunities resolved by consultation. Judges should see it wisely. There's more opportunity for mediation. The point is more humane," said Sianne.
