JAKARTA - Step of Commission III House of Representative (DPR) to discuss RS Sumber Waras case on Tuesday (19/4) should certainly not politically motivated.

Hendardi see DPR impressed too active when meddle in this affair. Moreover previously Jakarta Governor, Basuki Tjahja Purnama (Ahok) also refused to attend when invited Commission III on the case due to see no correlation if the Parliament had to intervene to investigate this case.
"Discussing the case of RS Sumber Waras in parliament in my view it is too luxurious and more powerful than the political motive motive in law enforcement supervision, considering the case was still rolling in the KPK," said Hendardi.
Therefore, Hendardi suggest parliament should refrain from actions that it is only potentially confuse law enforcement.
"If we are to conduct surveillance, then parliament can ask the commission," said Hendardi.
