JAKARTA - National Film Day can not be separated from the name Usmar Ismail. Every that date is celebrated as the Day of National Film for exact date on March 30, 1950 is the first day of shooting the film Darah & Doa (Long March of Siliwangi) directed by Usmar Ismail.
And in order to commemorating National Film Day, Association of Indonesia Film Announcers and Sinematek Indonesia deliver results restoration Darah & Doa film.
The film's which first production of Perfini (Indonesian National Film Company) is about the long journey the group led by Captain Sudarto to return to its original base.
