JAKARTA - This afternoon, Queen Boki Nita Budi Susanti, wife of the late Ternate Sultan, Mudaffar Sjah picked by North Maluku (Malut) Police and deposited at Ciputat Police. Queen Boki called this thing happened cause he was accused of embezzlement and fraud.
"Report from former sultan in law on suspicion of embezzlement and fraud. I want to ask who I was hokey and black out anything," said the Queen Boki, Thursday (31/3).
He claimed this is second arrest by Police of North Maluku. Members of Parliament from the period 2009-2014 from Democrat Party was picked up by police from his home in Cinere around 14:00 pm.
"When I ask for arrest warrant, but not shown," she said.
The first arrest made earlier this year when she was in the area Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) and deposited at the Police Ciputat. Detention Queen Boki then suspended at the request of lawyers.
"It's essentially the indigenous issues. I highly regrettable interfere Malut police this issue," she regrets.
Queen Boki also questioned the legal basis used Malut Police in detention today.
"There is a directive from the president and Kemenkopolhukam that the Ternate issues submitted to customs to be completed by custom," she explained.
The case was initially occurred beginning with the internal conflict in the struggle for the throne of the Sultanate of Ternate. Queen Boki Malut complained to the police on charges of impersonation two twin sons who were born on July 28, 2013, Ali Mohammad Tajul Mulk Son Mudaffar Sjah.
It is reported that Ali then designated as the successor to the Sultan Mudaffar. Determination of Ali who was a toddler has become the successor to the Sultan Mudaffar was read by the Sultan Mudaffar during a baby shower for a second baby twins on 12 September 2013 and through wills.
