JAKARTA - Central Jakarta District Court held a pre-trial hearing a suspected Jessica Kumala Wongso with verdict (dismissal) scheduled.
In this verdict trial, a single judge, I Wayan Merta decided a Jessica applicant rejected. Merta said, there is no reason to Jakarta Police Departement (Polda Metro Jaya) release Jessica in case of Wayan Mirna Salihin death.
"There is no reason for ordering the defendant issued Jessica from detention (Rutan) Polda Metro Jaya and lift the block concerned. Request applicant rejected entirely. The court fees is nil," said I Wayan Merta at the Central Jakarta District Court, Tuesday (1/3).

For note, Jessica Kumala Wongso filed a pre-trial to Central Jakarta District Court in early February 2016. Jessica filed a pre-trial on determining the status of a suspect in the death of Mirna by investigators Polda Metro Jaya.
