This Indicator Defined Jessica as Suspect

JAKARTA - Although can not able to prove Jessica Kumala Wongso (27) who put cyanide into the Wayan Mirna Salihin (27) coffee, but there are several indicators that may grip the police to set it as suspect.

UI criminologist, Bambang Widodo Umar said the police should be an inventory of the indicators are clear and complete in the case of Mirna death.

"If there is such a time indicator victim had been drinking coffee directly seizures but suspect wonder and unhelpful. It is an indicator," he said when contacted Sindonews, Tuesday (2/2).

Jessica calm when faced Mirna dying, said Bambang, it is also an indicator.

"When checked and words always change, it is also an indicator," he explained.

"The indicator is quite a lot. But not into evidence. So the law does not place an indicator but the main thing is the evidence," said Bambang.

Bambang also said the police should have strong evidence. The indicator can be seen from whether the motive smelling romance, business competition, or alternatively behind the death of Mirna.

"Indicators of the evidence that could be used to determine a suspect's guilt or innocence," he concluded.

Meanwhile, Jakarta Police Department is preparing some strong evidence to charge a suspect in the Mirna murder case, a spokesperson stated.

"From our experiences, generally a suspect in a murder case will not plead guilty, so it needs rigorous investigation to prove it," Jakarta Police spokesperson, M Iqbal noted.

At present, the police said they are still preparing the evidence and witnesses, including some experts to corroborate the proofs.

"We are not looking for the suspect to plead but are gathering crystal-clear evidence, which is undeniable," Iqbal noted.
