JAKARTA - Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) revealed, investors are suffering from shock due to a bomb blast in Sarinah Thamrin, Jakarta making Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI) collapsed.
"It's just a momentary shock experienced by investors in Indonesia. Hopefully not happen in the second session," said Director of Assessment BEI Samsul Hidayat in Jakarta, Thursday (14/1).
He said he hoped that the events that make gripping Jakarta does not interfere in the activities of the capital market of the country.
"We hope this does not disrupt activities in the capital market in general. For all these investors unexpected events that do not happen again," he said.
While, said Samson, the index tomorrow will be more confident and no extraordinary turmoil. The government also rushed quickly eradicate improperly actions by persons unknown.
"There is already a special provision of the government, when there is an urgent then direct government quickly. It made the market more confidence. Hopefully be more confidence again," said Samson.
