To reduce the delay and inefficiency caused by workflow that is still paper based (paper-based workflow)," he said.
Meanwhile, COO of Indonesian Cloud, Kemal Alamsyah explained, Galaxa service is also integrated with Core Banking System, thus eliminating redundancy of data entry process and minimize the potential data entry error.
"Galaxa is also an integrated services with external agencies/third parties online as well as Integration with SMS/Email Gateway for customer service (tracking, notification), or internal processes (warning, performance reports / operational productivity), or other information required," he said.
Another advantage Galaxa is in terms of flexible payment structure, tailored to the needs. The options offered are: Opex with monthly basis or Opex payment system with pay as you go payment system or per application that is processed and approved only.
System security is also the focus of this Galaxa service, by applying an enterprise-level security level, your data will be safely stored in the ecosystem, overseen by the Indonesian Cloud cyber security expert directly, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
