Six Transjakarta Routes Transferred

JAKARTA - To overcome traffic jam due to road construction project, PT Transjakarta will divert 6 bus routes directly to the project. Later on, this route diversion will be done during rush hour such as departure and office hours.

President Director of PT TransJakarta, Budi Kaliwono said, the plan of modification of the route will be done on this day, Monday, October 23, 2017.

"There are 6 Transjakarta bus routes to be diverted," he told reporters on Sunday (22/10).

The sixth routes is Pulogadung - Harmoni (cross route). The bus here will go to corridor 10 in Asmi area to Rawasari and back to corridor 4, Pasar Genjing, right Matraman Carolus to Harmoni. This route will also operate from morning, 06:00 to 10:00 and operate again in the afternoon, at 16:00 to 20:00.

The second is PGC - Tanjung Priok, the bus in this cross will use the toll in Penas and exit in Plumpang, Pertamina and exit in Enggano, North Jakarta city hall office and Tanjung Priok. In line with the route in corridor 4, this route operates in the morning and afternoon.

So even with the opposite direction, Tanjung Priok-PGC, the bus will enter the toll so at the Sunter toll booth, to exit at Cawang and stop at PGC. This route will only be active in the morning, starting at 06.00 - 09.00.

While for route Cililitan - Dukuh Atas, TransJakarta bus will pass from UKI to BPKP go to corridor 4 until Dukuh Atas. This route will operate from 6 am to 9 am.

As for the fifth, the modified route is an Express route Kampung Rambutan - Kampung Melayu. This route will later enter the city to Cawang after turning in Tanah Merdeka and then out in UKI, BNN, Otista to Kampung Melayu. Route at 05.00 - 09.00 WIB.

And the last route cross Monas - Ragunan. This bus will enter at Bunderan Senayan to Pattimura - National Police Headquarters goes to Corridor 13 Tendean - Mampang - and Ragunan. This route will be active at 15.00 - 21.00 WIB.
