KY Start Tracing Alleged Ethics Violation on Judge of Novanto Pre-Trial

JAKARTA - Pre-trial judgment of House Speaker Setya Novanto who allegedly full of irregularities start traced by Judicial Commission (KY).
The whole trial process of Setya Novanto pre-trial chaired by South Jakarta District Court (PN) judge, Cepi Iskandar has been monitored by KY.
"We also try to find the dimension of violation ethics code," said Chairman of KY, Aidul Fitriciada Azhari in Jakarta, Saturday (30/9).
Starting Monday, October 2, 2017, it continued Aidul, will examine results of that monitoring. However, he was reluctant to disclose the results of KY's monitoring of the whole process of Setya Novanto pre-trial.
"During the monitoring, we can not take action to respond to judicial process. Maybe starting Monday we will examine more deeply," he said.
Aidul view, generally the review process takes maximum of 60 days. However, if accelerated it could be only two weeks.
"We have gathered witnesses and evidence, we will be confronted with each other. If we find allegations of violation, we will examine Cepi himself," he explained.
For the sanctions that may be imposed, Aidil admitted could not predict. However, when it comes to professionalism, sanctions are non-hammer or moderate.
"The toughest sanction of dismissal, but dismissal is usually if there is a bribe, or drugs and infidelity," he said.
