PPP Djan Faridz Ask The Court to Order Menkumham Implement MA Decision

JAKARTA - Minister of Law and Human Rights (Menkumham) asked to immediately endorse the United Development Party (PPP) Djan Faridz as soon as the Supreme Court (MA) issued a permanent legal ruling as stipulated approval of the application on 28 October 2015.
Therefore, PPP Djan Faridz submitted an application for execution to the Jakarta Administrative Court and the execution trial was held on Wednesday (9/8).
"We ask the court to order Menkumham to implement the Supreme Court's decision perfectly and correctly," explained Djan Faridz in Jakarta on Monday (14/8) .
According to him, the judicial process occurred because the decision of Supreme Court Number 504K/TUN/2015 was not implemented properly by Menkumham. Djan Faridz admitted ready to take legal action if the decision of the Supreme Court is not immediately implemented.
"If not immediately do, we will definitely file a lawsuit," said Djan Faridz.
Lawyers of PPP Djan Faridz, Neshawaty Arsyad asserted Kemenkumham has made efforts to pursue the people of PPP by not implementing the decision of the Supreme Court as the verdict.
"The pursue is not Faridz Djan, but the PPP people who carry the mandate by Djan Faridz, so that pursue is trustworthy. The responsibility with God," he said.
As is known, the dispute in the PPP originated from the emergence of dualism of leadership in the body of PPP between Djan Faridz and Romahurmuziy. The dispute continued when the Minister of Justice and Human Rights issued Decree Number: M.HH-06-AH.11.01 of 2016 on Ratification of Personnel Composition of the Central Executive Board of the Development of the 2016-2021 term of office dated 27 April 2016. The decree stipulates Romahurmuziy as Legitimate Chairman of PPP.
Djan Faridz then filed a lawsuit with PTUN Jakarta. The lawsuit was later granted by the Jakarta Administrative Court, whose verdict was read out on November 22, 2016. The court overturned the Decree of Minister of Law and Human Rights regarding the stewardship of the PPP Romahurmuziy.
On the verdict, Kemenkumham and also PPP Romahurmuziy then appealed to the PTUN Jakarta. The appeal is then granted by the panel of judges.
