JAKARTA - After success of Patata Rush game, the souvenir center owned by Oki Setiana Dewi and her sister Ria Ricis, Surabaya Patata (SP) will be present with different surprises for fans and the city of Surabaya.
New ideas also emerged and realized at the end of this July, exactly after Oki and Ria to Surabaya and find the potential of Dolly SMEs who deserve to be supported and raised.
The SP team eventually surveyed and collaborated with one of the SMEs, namely SMEs 'Saiki Mampu Jaya' which consists of former commercial sex worker Dolly. This SMEs was originally the result of guidance and coachee by Surabaya city government.
Now,they has been able to produce thousands of sandals, shoes, wallets, batik cloth, and many others. Seeing their work is quite worthy sold, SP enthusiastically support the product.
"Me and Ria together with Surabaya Patata team are supporting SME 'Saiki Mampu Jaya' by providing free sandals of this SME production on every purchase of two box patata at our official outlet in Surabaya," Oki said in Jakarta, Monday (31/7).
"Support this local product aims to the community in UKMU which is currently making changes for the better. More and more people are known and give an impact of increasing the production of SMEs themselves. This is our hope," added Ria Ricis.
In addition, SP will continue to enhance cooperation to prove that the present and the local can coexist and support each other.
"We together with the SP team also invites the community to love local products in his own city that is not less good with overseas products. This is what we need to socialize. Must be confident to use it," Oki said.
Surabaya Patata hope, this step can continue to grow and become an inspiration for other contemporary companies helped build local SMEs together.
"We (SP) present not to replace the typical, marginalize the local. But to be an alternative souvenir premium from Surabaya for anyone. And Alhamdulillah, to this day what we give received wellby the people of Surabaya in particular, and the general public in general," said Oki.
