Kompolnas Sure if Rizieq Cases Not Criminalization Effort

JAKARTA - National Police Commission (Kompolnas) convinced that Jakarta Police has accurate evidence related to cases of pornographic content and conversations that allegedly involved leader of Islamic Defenders Front (FPI), Rizieq Shihab.
"I have checked the issue that police submitted (Rizieq case) is accurate," said Commissioner of Kompolnas, Bekto Suprapto in Jakarta, Friday (2/6).
Bekto said the legal cases alleged to Rizieq and Firza Husein were not made up or criminalization.
He ensures that Jakarta Police investigators will continue case of Rizieq and Firza to trial in court because have more than enough evidence.
Bekto also asserted, Kompolnas will supervise Jakarta Police investigators who handle this Rizieq-Firza case so as not to violate the rules.
Kompolnas also invite Rizieq lawyers for filed a pre-trial lawsuit to the court related determination of the suspect status by Jakarta Police.
As is known, Jakarta Police has determined suspect status, issued a warrant for arrest, a list of wanted people (DPO) and filed a red notice against Rizieq who absent from the police call because until now still in Saudi Arabia, starting from 26 April 2017.
Rizieq charged under Article 4 paragraph (1) juncto Article 29 and / or Article 32 of Law 44 Year 2008 regarding Pornography, and Article 27 paragraph (1) juncto Article 45 paragraph (1) Law Number 11 Year 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions ITE).
