JAKARTA - Oesman Sapta Odang (OSO) position as Chairman of Hanura Party was shaken again in a lawsuit trial at State Administrative Court (PTUN) which sued results of Supreme National Congress (Munaslub) Hanura Party on December 21, 2016 ago.
"The court which sued Decree of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) has entered the 11th, the agenda is examination of fact witnesses and expert witnesses. We have just fulfilled to show the judges of the original evidence, so it is only for the examination," said Ridwan NR, lawyer of Oktasari Sabil, Chairman of Gemura, one of the wing's organization of Hanura Party as the plaintiff on Wednesday (31/5).
In this 11th session, chief of judge requested both parties to show original and authentic evidence owned by the parties.
"We do not have the opportunity to show the evidence that we have presented to the judge before, so we can see the attitude of the defendant," Ridwan explained.
According to him, the defendant (Kemenkumham and Hanura Party) in the trial today are trying to prove that the procedures and implementation of Munaslub are as appropriate as it should be in party mechanism.
"On the contrary, we also prove that in fact, Oesman Sapta was only a month to become a member of Hanura Party, based on his confession in various media, only one month entered as Hanura cadre, then nominated Chairman. Basics and By laws of Hanura itself, that is what we emphasize, that what we have been accusing so far is proven," he said.
Ridwan further said, from the evidence in the trial, it is very optimistic, able to prove that the management of the Hanura Party this period violate the rules of political parties and Ethics of Hanura Party.
"From the evidence which already shown in the trial, we are very optimistic that our clients have striven for the good of Hanura Party in particular, and the improvement of the state in general," he said.
Oktasari himself as the plaintiff claimed satisfied with the court which still considered running normally.
"I hope that this trial will decide the truth above the truth, no intervention form whatsoever. We are against the great elephant who has everything, but I am sure with the power of conscience, the cleanliness of thought and heart, hopefully not contaminated with anything, I'm sure God is not sleeping," Oktasari said.
