JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) officially set a former member of Commission II and Banggar 2009-2014 is now a member of Commission V from Hanura faction, Miryam S Haryani (MSH) as suspects in alleged corruption in procurement of electronic National Identity Card (e-KTP).
"Warrant commencement of investigation on behalf of MSH as suspects signed with leadership of Commission today," said KPK spokesman, Febri Diansyah in KPK building, Jakarta, Wednesday (5/4).
For his actions, Miriam who also Chairman of DPP Hanura is alleged to infringe Article 22 in conjunction with Article 35 of Law (UU) No.31/1999 as amended by Law No.20/2001 on Corruption Eradication.

Febri asserted, Miryam status it means that there are four people who snared by Commission.
"After this determination the Commission steeped in the trial and alleged involvement of other parties," he said.
He also said, there is another meaning of Miryam determination as a suspect of giving false information in the trial, because revoke the entire dossier (BAP) when inspected four times while in the Commission investigation.
According to Febri, the Miryam determination to be a reminder to all the witness that has testified in the trial and who will testify at the next hearing, to testify truthfully.
"Due to the provision of false information in court, Article 22 of the Corruption Eradication Act there is a risk of criminal minimum of three years and a maximum of 12 years," he said.
