JAKARTA - Usually, Zian ex vocalist Zigaz almost helped in process of creating song or duet in some album or single. However, when the Gubernur Band released their second single entitled 'Cinta Putih', Zian is not involved at all.
Band with Dede at vocals, Aip (guitar) and Idham (bass) was actually just asking Zian into models only. Something that it has never been done.
"Only this time I invited the band but there's nothing to do at recording and gigging. In fact, I'm asked to be a video clip model. Actually, the original model is girl. But there is little scene that takes guy character. Yeah, I'm just seconded," said Zian at Gubernur Band video clips shooting in Jakarta, recently.
In this video clip, Zian be the hitman which wanted by the police. Fist fight scene also featured in the video belongs to this Melayu pop band.
"The difficulty is precisely in the scene of the scuffle, better real fight. If made up, it's even difficult," explained Zian.
The concept of video clips which involving Zian, as told Dede, is telling the story of a hitman who wants to quit his job and chose to return to the arms of his lover.
"Cinta Putih story about a couple who courtship distance. But in the distance the boy always pray for his girlfriend, and vice versa. In this video clip, we are trying to tell the reality in this society," said Dede.
About band name that stucks to the events of the Jakarta elections, Dede said it was not deliberately, because of the Jakarta elections that will soon be held.
"If it get benefits from the moment maybe, but actually the name of the Gubernur Band has been long. Before this election event," explained Dede.
