JAKARTA - Minister of Youth and Sports (Menpora) Imam Nahrawi ensure President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) will open a international recreational sport event, TAFISA Games 2016 on October 6 at Taman Impian Jaya Ancol, Jakarta.

"Insya Allah, Mr Jokowi attended the opening TAFISA 2016. Guests from other countries will be greeted with great fanfare the Indonesian people and the spirit of brotherhood. I hope this event can be momentum of rise of the country. From
recreational sports, appeared sporting achievement," said Imam in sidelines Talk Show TAFISA Games 2016 in Jakarta, Tuesday (13/9).

On the same occasion, Jakarta Deputy Governor of Tourism and Culture, Sylviana Murni ensure readiness Jakarta as TAFISA Games host city in 2016.

"Over delegates from 70 countries come and will visit various locations this event is also a leading tourist destination of Jakarta as Region Taman Impian Jaya Ancol, Old Town, Taman Mini Indonesia Indah, JIExpo, Pulau Seribu and various other locations," said Sylviana ,

TAFISA Games in 2016 have so many agendas that can be watched and followed by people in Jakarta and surrounding areas. Call it a number of championships and competitions in categories Action Sports, Extreme Sports, Adventure Sports and E-Sports as well as a specific number for persons with disabilities. In addition, there is also an exhibition event which will be filled by a number of countries.

"Indonesia is ready physically and spiritually in organizing any event.
This TAFISA is momentum of rise for recreational sport in this country. Each of us had a childhood that was outstanding. At the age of 10 years may even before the set time in college, sport recreation becomes a effectively tool to make us healthy, fun, and strengthen the sense of community and sensitivity to the environment around us," said Imam.

TAFISA Games in 2016 there will also be a Special Event trial record breaking World's Largest Kite Leaf, S
tilts by Student and Most Zumba dancing with14,000 people.

It also held the chance to dive with hundreds of national and foreign divers in the Pulau Seribu, martial arts competitions and other martial arts from various countries such as Capoeira, Chanbara, Muay Thai. Also there are 3rd Goifex, an exhibition of fitness, sport and international health.
