JAKARTA - National Narcotics Agency (BNN) head Comr. Gen. Budi Waseso will conduct a retest against Reza Artamevia. The goal is to ensure the return if the singer who was arrested along with the former chairman of PARFI, Gatot Brajamusti in Lombok some time ago it was a drug user or not.

Budi said, the test against Reza is not only in the urine, but also hair tests. From hair tests that will be known for certain whether or not the drug user Reza.

"I ordered check again. We will recheck blood tests including hair, so that we know," said man who familiarly called Buwas in Jakarta, Tuesday (6/9).

Previously, Commission III House of Representative (DPR) questioned the accuracy of the urine test on Reza. Because, previously based on tests conducted by Police NTB showed Reza using drugs. However, a different result would appear when Reza undergo a urine test the BNN NTB. Therefore, the results are negative.

Buwas explained, the results of urine tests for users who just wear can indeed positive. However, after a few days back retested, this may change.

In addition Buwas said the
lab of BNNP NTB did not complete like BNN center.

"Lab at there are many limitations," said this former Kabareskrim.

However, from a variety of assessment, said Buwas, could Reza was a drug user. To that end, the former wife of Adjie Massaid it could undergo rehabilitation.

"Although users, we are doing the right rehab. There must be no accusations of this society there is even a officers
game because there was something, it was released," said Buwas.

Buwas also shrugged off criticism that the nation's war against drugs disregards human rights principles, saying that drug dealers' lives should not be respected since they commit "mass murders".
"Those who circulatenarcotics in such a big amount and havebeen involved in the illegal drug network for years, havecommitted serious crimes since they havekilled or caused people to suffer," Budi said.

Harsh punishments such as the death penalty, therefore, are comparable to the crime, he went on saying.

"Let's say (the drug dealer) has killed 100 people. Which one is more serious: a human rights violation that the BNN commits by executing one drug dealer, or killing 100 people? It's definitely the latter, so it's not a problem," he said.
