JAKARTA - Disputes between Pro M label versus singer, Sammy Simorangkir entered a new phase. Pro M claimed won a lawsuit against Sammy in Central Jakarta District Court. Managing Director Pro M, Jeffery Djajasaputra explained by the judge's decision, they parties are required Rp7,9 billion from Sammy.
"From the point, this is an absolute triumph of us where almost all our demands were granted by the panel of judges who have worked hard to achieve a fair and true," Jeffery said in Jakarta, recently.
He explained during the case his side prefer to silent. But after receiving the decision, it immediately spoke up.
"Since the onset of the problems, our reputation and our performance in outline safe and stay well. But we can not deny that there are artists/certain parties who think negatively and think that absolutely we acted fraudulently against our artists," he explained.
On that occasion, Jeffery hopes the court's decision could be a means of clarification for those who still lack of trust and lack of understanding of this case.
"We end the statement with a hope that events like this are no longer regarded artist friends as a joke or materials try because it involves the law," he said.
